Account Registration

• You must provide accurate business and contact details.
• One mobile number can be used for one VIHA account only.

B2B Orders Only

VIHA operates strictly as a wholesale (B2B) platform for retailers and businesses. It is not meant for personal/retail (B2C) orders.

Pricing & Availability

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• Product availability is subject to stock.

Order Processing

• Orders once confirmed may not be modified.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics.

Payments

• Digital payments are accepted through authorized payment gateways.

Suspension / Block
